ON the Mend
So, drinking a warm cup of tea may provide some relief . Feverfew tea; Ginger, Chamomile, Clove, and Peppermint tea are considered a good options. I'm convinced - why not, Sounds good to me.
I am still searching for the remedy. The perfect remedy to relieve my pain. It would be pretty cool if this beautiful flower could be the one.
- It's good to reflect on the things that I learn, during the hard times in life. Hard times and struggle come so that I can stretch and grow beyond my current ground. Sometimes it's supper hard to remember this perspective, but it is a hopeful perspective that is worth believing in. One thing I have learned is to embrace the GOOD DAYS! Get out and LIVE the PAIN FREE DAYS FULLY!
