A New Perspective

The Time is More Enjoyable – When I Choose to be Present . . .

LAUNDRY IS  THE ONLY THING calling for my TIME and I feel ok:

#1 I have less clothes to clean and dry

#2 Line drying clothes outside in the wind and perfect temperature to refresh me

#3 The "extra dry" cycle is very manual and very meditative 

#4 Laboring next to the roaring ocean keeps me alive

#5 I have more time, because living on an island super simplifies life

# 6 Less things to care for = More time = :)

- I find that when I sit and fold the laundry it's a good time to be in thought of good things. Or it's a good time to listen to a good book and enjoy the time. Just let go of what needs to be done next. It's a good opportunity to tune-in to the present and Practice Mindfulness.
