Post DisneyLand – A real fear

We rode the new cars ride in Cars Land many times. Sam was seriously terrified of the Frank Tractor that chases the race cars. Many times Sam rode the ride with his eyes closed. I convinced him to trust me, and keep his eyes open until he could see Frank. I would warn him that Frank is coming, then he could close his eyes. We had to tell him Frank is just pretending to be scary.

It wasn't until we got back home that Sam decided to face his fear and watch a home video of the Frank chase.
I said to sam "Not so bad after all, right?"
Days later Sam said, "Maybe Frank is not pretending to be scary, Maybe he is scary for real. I feel at Disneyland that Frank is wicked."
