Sam said Grandpa
Grandpa Moss' funeral services were today. Just after leaving the burial spot I handed grandpa's obituary and photo to Sam and said it's grandpa. Mom, Dad, Grandma C., and Candy were all in the car at Wasatch Lawns when, For the First Time . . . . Sam said Grandpa. Grandpa Moss is Sam's great grandpa. He is such a wonderful grandpa. When Sam was born grandpa came to visit us at the hospital. Grandpa wiggled his fingers at Sam to get his attention and it really worked, Sam looked right at him! We will miss Grandpa; we love him so much. In my memory I can hear the little squeaks and sounds grandpa likes to make when he plays with babies. When Grandpa plays with the older kids he pulls out his two front false teeth to tease the kids, it makes him look like a kid too. His real teeth got knocked out while playing in a high school football game. Grandma and Grandpa advised their boys not to play high school football because of the body damage factor. It was always a tradition to go to grandpa when you had a loose tooth that was ready to be pulled out, because Grandpa would give you a dollar to add to the Toothfairy's pillow present.
