Sam Roo encountered a Balloon

For Dad's Birthday Party mom decided to blow up some balloons for decoration. For the First Time . . . . Sam encountered a balloon and he is deathly afraid of them. He will not touch one, cannot even look at one, and when he realizes one is sitting next to him he cries because he is so scared of balloons.
